- The European Technology Platform on NanoMedicine and the IoN NanoMedicine Network were formally launched during EuroNanoForum2005.
Held in parallel with the main event, a very limited number of workshops were offered.
To see the titles of the workshops, visit the Workshops page.
With a grand total of 89 posters presented at the conference, the poster sessions offered delegates a fascinating glimpse into the near-future world of nanomedicine.

Around 200 schoolchildren from across Scotland were invited to participate in “A Nanotechnology Future” session on the afternoon of Tuesday 6th September.
This session aimed to excite the selected young people about nanotechnology and scientific careers in general, in response to the steep decline in science graduates in Scotland and in the UK as a whole.
